I think alchohol was ruled out early in the subject.... but maybe some virgin margaritas? lol... jk.
That would be great if we could use some of your uncle's stuff. Chairs will
definetely be needed. I was considering adding a BYOC (Chairs) to the flyer.

We got it all day! Open to close. The Parking lot is right there in front of the pavilion. I will sponsor the location, and if you get any sponsor money maybe we can reserve the parking lot too. I will let you descide that, they said we can't block people from coming in there if we don't reserve it. But if we put up some signs and get there a little early, we maybe able to detour other people :D Here is the pic again.

I want to go, but it depends on whats going on with my job. We are undergoing alot of changes in Aviation for TX. I'm 99% sure I'm staying here though. Looks like I'm going back to a flight slot.

oh me neither bro...but i just know from past experiences with gatherings...fast cars/loud cars, family park, a bunch of people in a car club getting together mixed with drinking at a family park....can only mean trouble
its a damn shame, cuz im sure there are alot of people who just like to chill, drink a little jack/coke and be merry, *cough cough*
but its not worth the risk
