Cool, I was wondering if anyone else was going to check it out for a second opinion, I think it should be a good spot.

My only concern is parking, but there are additional spots that you pass on your way to the site. I'm getting exicted... D

Tiffany, I haven't seen anywhere that you are charging for extra guests....I will tell you that you probably will not recoup all the food costs through t-shirt sales. It wouldn't be alot to ask for folks brining more than 1 guest to pay $5...

Feeding 100 peeps will run you about $300 with room to spare.

For the OK BBQ it cost us about $7 to make a shirt and then we sold them for $11......I think...so that's $4 going to food....if you are actually to break even, you will need to sell 75 shirts...Not going to happen. Of the 115 people that showed up at the BBQ only 25 shirst were sold....(I still have about 3 shirts for people that paid but never got them ..Both BBQ shirts and the other shirts )

I also didn't see anywhere that someone could PayPal donations. This helped a bit....I think we recieved about $100 in donations from various folks...You know who you are and thank you!

So the few things that would help you.

1. Put up a Pal address so folks can send in a donation
2. Charge $5 for each additional guest
3. Also, everyone who helped organize pitched in their bit.

We didn't break even but came close. As long as we all had fun, that's what counts.

I just tagged a black and TG at the boardwalk tonight. I even left my phone number....We still have more time. I got a few more cars to stalk. I'm seeing more 8's in my area everyday...but they're so stuck up. They don't even want to talk to me and I'm quite friendly!!

Those of you coming in from out of town...

Those of you coming in from out-of-town: if you are wanting to share a hotel room to cut down on the cost, let me know and I will make an attempt to hook you up with someone else wanting to do the same. Rooms w/2 double beds have been set aside so in theory, we can fit 4 to a room, making the room less than $20/night.
