Paper is usually a good place to look. Try the star-telegram and the dallas morning news. Both have options to search their classifieds online.

What's the deal with work and the new year? I've been extremely busy since Jan 3 and everytime it seems like it will lighten up a bit, it just gets worse! I need a raise.

Things almost looked like they were picking up quite a bit, and now I'm back to being bored out of my mind. I"ll probably be sent home early today again. I haven't really doing anything as of yet today.

Hmmm, new job? I think it may be time... (lol I haven't even been her long.)

Everyone I have talked to is getting hammered at work, our company decided to add 3 rather large clients this year with a roll-out schedule that is way beyond our capacity.

Maybe so, but not in my area. But today i interview with a designer in Richardson to do subcontract work for them seeing as how they are back up really bad with work. So hopefully, I'll get it.

I work for H & H Dafting and Design Group. We do custom residence design and small commercial/retail stuff, really anything, but that's what mostly comes through the door.

The problem is if we don't have a project up and going theres nothing for me to do. I don't get paid either when I don't work. <-Not that I get paid hourly though

I get paid as a subcontractor so I'm basically responsible for myself.

So if anyone wants to hook me up with anothe job, that wouldn't be a bad thing!

My problem is I'm young and nobody wants to hire a "kid." Although I do have a pretty good experience in qualificatonis for someone my age, it's not quite enough to grab worthwhile jobs for me.

hmm.

Are you tied to sherman? Opportunities seemed limited for the 13 years I lived there.

No I'm not, but I have to have something to go to should I leave. And yes opportunites are very limited.

However, good news, It really well tonight and their going to sub work to me in the beginning, but it sounds like if everything goes well I could have a job there. I kinda see what they're doing now as testing my abilites.

I forgot to say this company is in Richardson, so I would be moving if I accepted a Job with them.
