I will most likely be going. I saw the link off of rx7club.com. A few of the 7 crew should be going.

Hello All,

I actually am counting on the weather being nice because I am not going to be able to fit everyone in my house. I decided to host this because I wanted to have a chance to meet everyone that I "see" online. I would consider this a mini rotary car show, I do hope however that we continue to meet, and maybe on a regular basis. So the lakefront would be a good spot for next time.

We will have chicken, hamburgers and hot dogs.

Portable grills on the Lakefront sounds like a good idea for next time.

I love the idea of a meet at the Lake.
However- I was there last Sunday, it is still in bad shape from the storm.

Hi everyone. Mike has posted a list of attendees that have RSVP'd so far and it'll be updatated periodically. If your name isn't on the list or if you would like to add a guest, etc. Please email, PM or reply here.

Thanks.

Ey Casanova, you have a turntable set as your avatar... does that mean you dj? If so, you should definately consider it for the get together. It'll be cool. I used to produce on programs called "Fruity Loops, Acid, Sound Forge" 2-3 years ago, but that was as a hobby. Now cars have taken over that hobby. Especially the 8

Thats cool! I also dj as a hobby. I'm trying to learn how to use Sound Forge. Maybe you can teach me. I'm old school. I'm just used to Vinyl and turntables. I have a Numark cdn88 that I used only once in 2 years! Remixing is my next goal.

What are you trying to learn with Sound Forge? I might be able to show you a few things but I would have to refresh my memory due to the fact that I haven't even touched it in 2-3 years.

BTW this program is awesome!

Also, THANKS for the STICKY!

Actually, just the basics. cutting, looping,etc.. also tracking a mix. Having an 80 minute mix that is only one track sucks. I want to be able to cut it into different tracks but keep it seamless. I only mess around with it a little here and a little there. I'ts my fault,I didn't read any directions and thats why im clueless. I start to read and ADHD kicks in.

Of course it's still on! I have to add some people to our list too. Looks like we might be out numbered by the 7's.

Hey are you talking about Peter w/the blue 8?

I have ADD.

Oh crap, I've got a missed call. Callin' you back now...

Yeah I'm talking about Peter. When I first told him to go he was iffy.... I'm guessing you swayed his decision?

Naah- I don't know Peter. But one time when I called Keith on his cell to check on either Dominick or John's 8 and he was like "I'm test driving Peter's car right now." And I asked "Who's Peter" he said "Blue RX8." Then on another day I was at Ducote and he said "Yeah Peter's car's running much better." He proceeded to tell me all the updates and upgrades it needed, etc. Again, I was like "Who the hell is Peter." lol. He said "You know huh, Tony's friend with the Blue 8." So I kinda figured...

Lol, yeah Peter said his car responds a lot better. He hasn't went in for a recall in the longest time until that day. He's a big guy for an asian... lol

Ps. I ordered some 6000k upgrade bulbs. Hopefully they come in Friday. I will take pix whenever they come in. Finally all my lights will be complete.
