San Antonio to Bandera cruise
#51
This is the place in Medina that I suggested:
Keese's Bar-B-Que
13869 State Hwy 16 N
Medina
(830) 589-7474
More friendly and WAY less crowded than OST or anywhere else in Bandera. Just a suggestion as we've had breakfast in Bandera once and at Keese's twice in recent months.
Again, you can take Bandera/16 straight to Bandera and eat lunch there.
Or, you can take
Bandera/16
left on PR37
at four way stop at Lake Hills, right on 1283
left at hwy 16 and continue to Bandera
right on 'the main drag' and continue on
you will see the sign that says something like 'Medina 10', so it's not much further but it'll be the most scenic part of the trip.
When you hit Medina (don't blink) Keese's is the 2nd restaurant on the left, the 1st may be closed. Might be a handful of bikes parked out front. Once there was a turbo/intercooled full size pickup truck running race gas there.
Won't know if I can make it until later today. Possible mechanic job pending.

good deal, well this should be a pretty decent turnout as I expect to have a couple Z's, and other mazda's to show up. If you have any friends that are interested feel free to invite them..the more the merrier

sorry I had to turn and burn, but the drive was still bad as hell, can't wait for our next meet! we were mos def head turners ;-}
i'm pushing for Willie's at 281 and thousand oaks, but if we could do it later in the afternoon on a sat or sun that would be my request!
