I could be wrong but he might be too young... A lot of rental companies wont do below 21... I was 19 when I got the engine recall check done and they had to do some complicated thing to get me a car because I needed a way to get back and forth to class, especially since they didnt know exactly when the car would be ready (mind you this was at world car, but north park has kept my car without giving me anything as well). World car does rentals through enterprise which usually wont allow rentals to anyone under 21.

i dont know bout world car, but north park for warranty work has there own set of mazda's they rent out. with my first 8 they gave me a cx7 when i had a new engine dropped in, and they gave me a 6 as well for a one day repair. i guess they are more like "courtesty" out, cuz i just had to put the gas in them. no charge, just gave them a copy of my insurance.
but i hadnt thought of the age factor....but he's insured, so with a courtesy car maybe all he has to do is push a bit for it? at least worth looking into, not to have a car for that long is not okay.

OHHHH wait... you arent even 18 yet... my bad, nevermind.... they cant give you a rental.... but they can give a rental to the person whose name is on registration like your parents.... try that.

i got a rental last time but my warranty is up for the rental thing (50k miles) luckily tranny is (60k miles) and i am at (57k miles)

i've been owning and handling rx-8's since they came out and i'm not 100% certain you even had your driver's license then.........
there's a difference between taking your 8 to the extremes of her handling capabilities when she' modded out properly and taking your 8 past a point she can no longer scream but sadly whimper....that was the point i was getting at without having to break it down papa........
if its just a matter of pride and you wanna get the last word in, go 'head, i'm done bein a fiesty *** for the time being.
