Ok.... another meet down and some new faces, some missed ones too.

So side note for the next meet, I say the most important part to remember for location is SHADE.... damn it was hot.

Who would be interested in having a BBQ at a park next month, Oct 4th to be exact. We could just go stake out a place, shouldnt be too hot, well atleast in the low 90's hehe. We can start earlier then normal and run all day. Make it more of a potluck kind of thing. Bring friends and significant others, and just hang out.

I am willing to volunteer the meat and grilling needs if people are interested and serious about making this happen.

 

ok this is my last 2 weeks in a list first my transmission is making a whizzing noise while driving and starts slipping on the shifts and wont give power so i tow the car in on a friday and they say the wont work on it till tuesday so i call them on tuesday they say it will be done thursday...so i go down there on thursday car is not done they say come back tommoro so i come again on friday they say were r almost done but we dont work on saturdays so you will have to wait till monday evening to pick up your car but in the mean time they will give me a mazda5 so i take it and drive off now here is the icing on the cake...besides all the attitude i was given at NORTH PARK MAZDA in san antonio texas they now tell me that i have a ball joint problem on front passenger side and it will cost me 500 dollars and i say i dont have that much money right now...now they say my car is unsafe to drive and if i do drive it my wheels could basically fall off plus they took bak the rental

edit:+when i got my car back there was a whole bunch of BIRD s*** on it

 

Who did you talk to? I would go straight to the service manager at this point. And as far as not working on saturdays, that is a load of crap, the service dept is open on saturdays.

 

i dunno some other guy who started to **** me off...transmission is done...now its the lower ball joint for control arm that is not functioning

 

dude that sucks.

 

I would be back up at that dealership all over the Service Manager...

what is your Mileage??? shouldn't Supspension failures be covered under Warranty???

San Antonio Meet will be on Oct 4th at 5pm in the parking lot of the Wing Stop on Embassy row.... This is located off of Bitters and 281 next to the Embassy movie theater. Look for the "Fast Eddies" it shares the same parking lot.

Sorry I havnt posted the pics from the last meet yet. My parents live in the houston area so my mom came over kind of unexpectedly so I've been busy with work and class and such. Hope to get that up soon... heading out at the moment so I'll have to check if I can make the meet on the 4th... probably can though

 

just talked to Sean at North Park, he's gonna let me know by tuesday (when i take my car in for my radiator light that keeps coming on!!!!) about promo stuff.
