Shop reccomendation needed in TX, La., MS areas

Im in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and there are exactly ZERO shops that will even take a look at my car. The Mazda dealership even turned me away stating that currently none of their mechanics are experienced with rotaries. Seriously, I asked them if they'd just do a compression test and he said hed call me back. 20 minutes later I get a call from another guy at the dealership and he tslls me that he wouldn't be able to do a proper compression test on my car and that I should fimd a perfromance shop in the area that knows about rotaries. Well....about 2 weeks and close to 100 phonecalls later it appears Im going on a road trip. I just want my car to run like it should. Ive put so much time, money, energy and love into this car, but Im just not able to locate or solve the issue. So I just want to bring it somewhere to someone I can depend on to fix the problem(s) without trying to sell me a new engine (unless of course thats really what it needs).
PLEASE....IF ANYONE HAS EXPERIENCE WITH A SHOP OR MECHANIC WITHIN A 4 OR 5 HOUR DRIVE OF BATON ROUGE LET ME KNOW. I am desperate.... I am seriously going to have to just sell the car if I can't get someone to fix it soon.
Thank you !!!!

Does the Mazda dealer have a Mazda rotary compressor tester? You should confirm that they do - then negotiate and price (heck you could use it yourself in the parking lot with their instructions) for let's say $30.

What exactly is wrong with your car?
Are you not able to work on it yourself?

Idk why so many people are refusing to work on it, they're still an internal combustion engine, not like it's a nuclear reactor or anything.

If you have the ability to work on it yourself, many times there are common, simple fixes.
There are plenty members here that can help talk you through it.

What is your main problem?

Any Check Engine Lights (CEL) or flashing CELs?

Did you get the OBD scanned?

The closest shop to you that's in TX would likely be Rotary Performance in Garland. It's probably 6-7hrs away from you but they should be able to fully help with anything. https://rotaryperformance.com

I can work on it and I have....I have done EVERYTHING to the car.
BHR Coils and wires
plugs
O2 sensors
Exedy clutch (from BHR)
Rear Main Oil Seal replaced
Master and slave cylinders
removed, sent off for rebuild and replaced injectors
cleaned ssv
cat delete with midpipe
seafoamed
replaced vacuum solenoids
Air pump delete
MAF replace
transmission and differential fluid replaced
installed Tien coilovers
replaced tierods
replaced motor mounts
installed Mishimoto fans and thermostat
installed prosport gauges
replaced alternator
relocated Optima red top to trunk
soldered power steering harness fixed issue
replaced fuel pump
.....Im sure there's more, but you get the idea. I am capable. I've just had a sudden loss of power and nothing has worked. I bought the car 800 miles after a rebuild, but I guess it could still be low compression. I can't rule it out....
The car was fast and pulled strong. I brought it to Mazda to have the recalls done and it hasnt been the same since. Even when it ran good I would notice that when getting on it sometimss it would feel like something was cutting out....almost like a "flickering" in the cars power. It was never enough to slow me.down or anything, but something wasnt right. So now Im in limbo having done all I can think to do and no access to a rotary shop. I really just wanna bring it somewhere and fet it fixed. Ive spent SOOOOOOO much time on it. Every weekend for 6 months .....evenings after work.... Ive been obsessed and its not fair to my family. Now if anyone has any ideas of something i may have missed , by all means put it out there. However I've been in constant contact with Charles Hill of BHR and several of the "big dogs" here on the forum and no one has been able to figure it out yet.

So power loss with no CELs or trouble codes?

It seems logical if your problems arose after recall work it could be related to something they did?

Did they do the fuel ring recall?
Maybe they jacked up your fuel pump?

Stirred up a bunch of crud and clogged it?

If you have a warranteed pump maybe you could swap it out with a new one jic?

Checked your intake after replacing your MAF sensor?

Cleaned the ESS and reset the NVRAM?
(Brake pedal stomp?)

Just spitballing.

Was the old cat intact or broken up?
Maybe a piece lodged in the catback exhaust?

RTC was renting out testers, Idk if they still do, maybe check if you can rent or borrow one?

I took out my BHR coils that are about a year and a half old and put in some Aitozone coils and the car runs great.

which BHR coils do you have; the older D585 type or the newer PnP type?

I've had my car worked on a few times at L&S Automotive... Maybe give Matt a call and see if he can help -- I believe he has a compression tester or has access to one.

My car is currently in the shop over there now... needing alternator replaced and fan assembly but having a bit of trouble locating parts. I'm pretty much in a fully stock 2007 so if you have suggestions on finding parts, I would appreciate it!
