ive got my car back now. so on my way home from the dealer i took a different way than normal because of traffic and as im getting off the highway to turn into a gas station i press the clutch pedal and my car dies. i got it back started it runs fine when your on the gas no loss of power nothing not even shaking or anything. i leave the gas station and its idling kinda rough. i get back on the road and pull up to a stop sign and it dies again. i start it back up and drive off. then i figured i would hit the clutch while driving down the highway and it dies again. so i tried starting it back up and it starts and dies so i just put it in 6th and let out the clutch out to get it to start up and stay running. after all this i get home and pull into my driveway and it stays idling on its own. so im wondering did i blow my motor? i called the dealer and told the service manager about my new problem and he told me i shouldnt be driving it and i need to get the transmission fixed before i bring it back to him to see whats up with the motor. does anyone know where i can get a compression test done for cheap other than the dealership?

i know what im doing i just need the extra hands to help balance the transmission as it gets pulled out and as its stabbed back into the clutch. and for helping with holding up all the large parts that have to come off like the powerplant brace and driveshaft.

well after 13 hours of turning wrenches shes back together and running great. the transmission is a PITA to pull down but putting it back in is even worse until you figure out the right angle to set it at to slide in the clutch perfectly. lol gomez knows what im talking about.
i just wanted to say thanks to everyone that came to help and that offered to help it is much appreciated. if you ever need any help with anything car or home repair related let me know ill be there to help out.
now im just waiting on the pictures that scott took of us pulling the transmission out and trying to pull the stock flywheel off the e-shaft (i found out if you just hit it really hard with a hammer on the edge by the ring gear it pops off with 5 hits not 3 like mazdatrix says lol).
all-in-all i think today was a great day of working under my car
