Actually, I just checked the TSB:

Ajax,
I am in the same boat as you. My baby was flooded this weekend. Left the car at my parents house while I was out of town and my pops flooded it. (Note: Do not leave RX-8 with mid-life-crisis aged people) Had it towed on Monday and they still have it. I gave them bascially the same list that you did and we will see how they handle it. Has anybody had any experience with Joe and Johnnie at Freeman Mazda?

I bought mine from Freeman and the whole buying experience was absolutely fantastic (well as fantastic as spending thousands of money can be) because of my salesman. I dealt with the service guys when I had to return my car to have the spare tire kit removed. It took them 2 days but had no problems, my sales guy called me when it was done.

well, I got my car back earlier today.
they replaced all 4 spark plugs and flashed the ecu.
replaced all 4 breaks and the seatbelt bolt cover
mirror still wasnt in stock
headlights they said were fine.. i'll take a picture and show them if i have to, even though i showed one of them this morning
couldnt find a problem w/the sunroof, that too, I can demonstrate
Concerning the N flash, the car feels pretty different now. I'll definitely say it's quicker and what I notice more than anything is how much easier it is to drive now. The low end feels more appropriate when you take off, like there's actually some power there and the curve is so smooth now. It's a very nice feeling.

Got a Suzuki XL-7 @ Budget, and I am waiting for Penny to call. On a side note...I also asked them to remove a bug that got trapped on the left-rear combination light. I was the joke of the morning at Town North.

Want to get the pads replaced - "The brakes squeel most of the time."
Want the N Flash and Spark Plugs - "My car sometimes keep cranking and won't start. I think I saw a TSB about an PCM flash and Spark plug replacement to fix it."
That should get it done for you.

Just an update:
Got my car back last evening (same day!)
They rotated the tires & "warned me" about the rears being almost gone (24,100 miles seems to be the life expectancy of the Potenzas with regular rotations)
They changed & topped off all fluids.
They 'reprogrammed' the PCM. (due to 'hard' starts....)
And....they removed the bug that found its final resting place in my rear lights.
First impression about the 'reprogramming': It felt a little peppier but, that could have been due to the difference between the Suzuki XL-7 they loaned me & the 8 itself. I won't issue any final judgment until I can get some data logged.
