I have had this on my car for over a year now and they hold up just fine with the bolts from the license plate alone. No 3M needed.
It's a good looking piece that will compliment your rear~

Does no one else think this is a cool look for the cars? God knows Christmas shopping made me broke as a joke because i bought a ring, but I would TOTALLY get this if I could!

 

I think it looks sick but there are other appearance mods that people would rather do before spending $130 on a CF plate backing

I still want one...

Its hard to tell from the pictures... From a little bit of a distance does it look like carbon fiber or does it just look plain black?

 

You can tell it's cf even from a distance

 

Yeah you can tell is CF, the pictures looks like that due to the lighting
