you will need to have it datalog.
What you need to datalog is on the 1st post of this thread. Once you've done the datalogging, check out this thread for instructions on how to graph the information.

https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-engine-tuning-forum-63/d-i-y-datalog-graph-your-ap-efi-dude-scanalyser-157648/

Follow the directions in the 1st post for exactly what to send Jeff in your email.
(don't forget to attach the map you're currently running and to use the proper email subject line)

For just about everything, with the exception of heavy load, the tune I've been using has shot for stoich or maybe slightly above stoich.

Could someone please post a datalog that shows their AFR's staying above 12.0 and below 13.0 at WOT? All that I have seen thus far are datalogs indicating that their AFR's drop down to 11.0 above 5,000. Someone restore my faith in this product.

It seems like all of the talk lately has been negative.

Here's mine ..

Keep in mind this is NA and that I have gianormous injectors, so he has to err on the side of caution for my map. This is the initial map, not tuned yet. Unfortunately I wasn't WOT, so it's not indicative of anything other than it looks cool.

There is nothing at all wrong with the COBB. I have been creating my own maps with the ATR software. I am currently on the 9th version of my map, and have been able to hit my target AFRs at all loads and rpms everytime.

heh... I probably have something to do with this misconception as everything I posted was prior to my "final" tune. Once I got squared away this thread became less and less important for me... imagine that

And I'll do it using mysql's uber cool efidude export example.

Hello all,

I just tried to use my MM AccessPORT and all the MM maps are greyed out. My car is an 05 MT Fed and the maps on the AP say 05 MT Cali. I did a search and found some others with mismatched maps. Is this what is causing my problems? Any way to fix this?

Also, I have no access to live data while using the AP. Is this due to me not flashing the car?

Thanks,

Fred

maps are year/model/geo specific. If you've got a North American 8 you won't be able to use the California maps.

As suggested elsewhere, are your WOT AFRs really in the 13s?

You can still install the AP without flashing the ECU and obtain live data.

Thanks. I downloaded AcessTUNER Race over the weekend so I could play around a bit. I can do some data logging and modify some "safe" parameters until I can get Fed maps from MM.

Question

Out of curiosity, has anyone else been waiting 60+ days for their tune?

Still patiently waiting....

No one on my list is 60 days out, so there is something wrong.
I'm am down to 26 days now and I am about to send all 240+ customers a whole new set with new instructions and new procedures.

I still have quite a few people not following directions and/or using e-mail addresses that do not correspond to their purchase.
