All models through 2008 are identical, including AT & MT.

^ send an email to jeff and you can postpone your calibration start date if you bought the AP from MM site

Glad to hear that is the case.
I posted in the other thread that I had done the same thing ordered a '04 unit for my '05 RX-8.
I promise that I will read the instructions carefully

Don't use Jeffs PM box......he avoids it. Use his email address that is on his site.

I want to make the most of MM's tuning when my AP comes so I'm going to push up some of the other mods I want to do. Which are the the best NA mods to put on and tune with to get the most out of them and my AP? I currently have a RB catback, looking at the following and prob have to pick one for now.

High flow cat (a bit worried about killing it with the AP though)
RB or AEM intake
BHR ignition (will wait on this one because my plugs and coils were done recently)

If you will get the BHR ignition and want an intake different than stock, then don't buy the Racing Beat. It is very hard to remove the filter for cleaning due to the ignition coil bracket being in the way.
AEM would work OK.

Wasn't aware that MM tune can kill a cat, can it?

would the addition of a prolite flywheel cause additional tuning to be required on a greddy turbo setup with the ap and mm custom tune? your not under driving anything or adding more air or fuel or changing temps , just allowing the engine to rev more freely so it shouldn't right?

Flywheel shouldn't matter at all.

stock tune on a NA car uses fuel to cool the cat. A MM tune can lean out the car to the point that decreased stock cat life can be a result.

The Cobb stage 1 mask the CEL but does this mean if I run a scan any hidden codes will show up? I recently scanned with my Goodbox and it says no codes are found but I am not running a cat and I don't have an air pump so I should still have those codes right?

Hmmm. I don't like that. Thanks. I guess I will have to edit that tune in AT and reload it So far the stage 1 is running great, I am not having any lean readings as people have reported.

Just turn them back on so you can get the light

Yeah thanks, i'm going to look into doing that! I'll just shut off the ones I usually get for the air pump and rear 02 and just leave the others. Thanks man.
