Well after a few days on 1b_1b my LTFT has settled at -1[ I'm not checking my trims Jeff ] Idle AFR is at 15.2, WOT AFR is 11.0 and high load but not WOT AFR is 12.2 - 13.5. I'll stay with this map until Jeff gets back and I get my stage 2 since I think that may lean out my WOT AFR.

I don't check my trims just wanted everyone to know mine are still fine and always has been. Its the A/F I'm concerned about from 8500 to 10k on any map.

I did some logging yesterday on MM1b.3b. Here are second and third gear runs. AFR's look good, but they differ from what the AP shows me real time. My AP is typically showing 11.5 AFR's above 6k RPM's. I still haven't figured that out.

Dan said the Canscan USB should be real close. He told me the software takes the value from the can and multiplies it by 14.63 for the output. I'm waiting to find someone local who has logging capabilities so I can do back to back logging.

Jeff change, oh I hope not. It's nice to know if your wrong, screwing up or just being an ***. He will tell you like it is in his eyes weather you like it or not. I prefer honesty and corrective criticism.

The car runs fantastic now, but at high load (with more than 8 psi) it does some kind of bogging thing with a weird noise. Jeff says he knows what it is. It sounds similar to how my car sounded like on the dyno when the int-x was getting tuned with the larger injectors (see video at 1:00 min in http://youtube.com/watch?v=v5YDqSnvpwo ), but in this case the AFR isn't <10.

I data logged a quick acceleration run on the drive to work. I was in either 4th or 5th gear. As soon as the bogging thing takes place, I let off the throttle and stopped the logging.

You can see how quickly the car accelerates. The AFR logged is dead solid at 11 for some reason and doesn't even slightly deviate -- is this even possible?

Anyway, check it out.

Could you be maxing out the OEM wideband? Your lamda value is about 0.758169. I think that is about as rich as mine goes but I have never data logged anything that rich trough the OBDII.

it's recorded as 0.76 during that entire range. I wasn't looking at my wideband gauge so I can't compare for that specific situation. However if it is too rich, then that would explain why it sounds and acts like my car when it was too rich with the int-x.

It goes right to 11 AFR in boost. Pretty good considering the injectors are not standard and the staging was all done with some math calculations and they turned out this nicely.

Big kudos to Jeff

the afrs were too lean not too long ago. I redid the intake pipes with ceramic coating and removed the screen before the maf. The couplers for the maf tube are at a better angle too. I am running the same tuned map, and now the AFRs are good. So this is the only thing about the AP so far that has me scratching my head.

The AFRs are consistent though - so as long as I don't change anything I expect it to continue to run this way.

Why would the ceramic coating cause the AFR to get richer? I can understand the screen but...

I doubt it would. I was just listing the things that I changed.
