All sent weeks ago.
Obviously, there is an issue with people who have their e-mail client set up to ignore e-mails that originate from a different address than the return address.
Much of this starts when people make calibration submissions to the wrong address in the first place.

Not mine. I've never had any issues recv'g your emails before and I've always used the same e-mail address in sending my logs that you used to return back to me. I already stated that I frequently check my SPAM folder (because of work applications) and I never had any of your emails in there...they've always come thru just fine..

I've been assembling a folder tree on my site.
I want to be able to send people links instead of files. I think that will fix the problem for most since its the attachment that probably triggers the SPAM filters.
Hopefully, this next series of mailings will reflect this. I just have to make sure the security is in place and the file tree is an accurate representation of my "completed" folder.

I have never had any issues, but it could have something to do with .zip files.
Some email applications do not like them and will quarantine them... Happens to me at work sometimes.

Just sent a request to the ap@mazdamaniac.com address to re-send map. Never had problems before so hopefully it gets through this time. Thanks for the quick turn around on the tune.

Jeff- I never modified my email filtering and your other 5 maps were sent to me without complications.
Unless GMail has done something to the filtering without my knowledge.
I agree that a link would be more simple and alleviate a lot of your headaches with email submissions.
Would it be any trouble to resend our maps?

Well... since it appears that resending a couple maps is too difficult, should we resend our logs so you can waste time redoing it again?
Since its not in my inbox and was never in my spam (which I go through weekly just to be sure nothing got marked as spam when it shouldn't), not sure what exactly you want me to do.
If it failed to reach my mail server, you would have been notified that the message wasn't delivered.
If you simply overlooked or forgot about my map, just say so.

I'm just not able to do it right now and it isn't what I want to do anymore.
I want to do it via link/http.
I'm sick of BS like this - getting called out constantly for other people's "user error". (Sorry if that ruffles your feathers, but that is what it ALWAYS turns out to be.) I don't have the time or patience to deal with that.
As soon as I can rub two minutes together, I'll get it all online and go from there.
So, hold on.

I simply asked how you wanted me to handle this "situation" since obviously I can't do anything from my end.
I understand that you have people who repeatedly cause you problems with this, but after 5 maps successfully sent to me without any complications on either of our parts, why do you feel the need to "lash out" at me now?
I've always been patient with you (and still am) and never bugged you for maps.
Though this time me patiently waiting caused a huge time gap between when you supposedly sent my map and now.
I'm not mad at you Jeff and I'm not here to cause your blood pressure to go up, just wanted to know how you wanted this handled.
And I think its a good idea having the web link for the maps.
This should help out in so many ways.

I'm lashing out at you specifically. You are part of a bigger subset.
As the total number of calibrations going out increases, the number of "failures" like this one increases.
I send everything out exactly the same way every single time. It is completely repetitive and based on the information I have for each customer.

Either way, its not a big deal and I can wait for the web-based version of the delivery system to be implemented.
Thanks for your time.
