You know...same here.
I normally wouldn't post on this but it sort of pissed me off.
I created an account. I inserted "I am gold" per directions in the clear corner thread. I order my product. I get a receipt , electronic, stating to click on link for the new invoice....same price.
I then e-mail sales and.....nothing.
I did, to be positive, get a pre-sales reply to a question asked around a week after asking it.
In the vendors defense I did get the part on time.
Seemed like a void in customer service though. Now if the price was the same shame on the vendor for not following up and stating that in my e-mail inquiry sent early last week.
Would I order again from them....probably not as customer service is a major selling point in my book.
Not worth posting in good guy/bad guy.

As for Gold due to the backup it is best to PM me for now.

Can this apply retroactively? I sent an email earlier to the Sales regarding a clear corner order on the 9th. Stopped by here to inquire about the odd order thing and realized the discount existed so I just sent an email to gold.
My CCs haven't shipped yet so if I can get the discount that'd be nice. Regarding the order I received the invoice via email but it doesn't appear under my order history on the site. Not sure if that means there might have been a hiccup and I should resubmit.

I'm sorry to inform you guys this program was recently closed down. The great news is we simply moved all our prices to the Gold prices.
The reason for this was we were having thousands of people signing up every week for Gold and we could not process them all in a timely manner so it was delaying their ordering.
We will be doing a major modification of the website in the next two months and it will have a better coupon code system. When we get new products in we'll post coupon codes on the forum for new products that are eligible for discount. The current products that are Gold priced will remain at their lower price point for everyone.
