Help with interceptor on New to Me rx8

I recently purchased a 2004 RX8 with 12000 miles and the following mods

Greddy T618Z turbo with internal wastegate

Mazdasport Interceptor X Engine Management System

Greddy Front Mount Intercooler

Greddy Type RS Blow off Valve

Greddy 60 MM Boost Gauge

Greddy 60 MM Turbo Temperature Gauge

Greddy 60 MM Oil Pressure Gauge

Unorthodox Racing Ultra Series Pulley Set

Fujitsubo Legalis Exhaust

Exedy 6 Puck Clutch

Exedy Lightened Flywheel

The vehicle came from NY and is now in TN. The vehicle sat for almost 3 weeks waiting for the freight company to ship it. When it arrived the battery was dead. When I received the car it was immediately running rich and rough. Stalled a few times also. It has been driven approx. 6 miles since it arrived and has idled in the garage for a few minutes.

Also the turbo warning light on the gauge is flashing constantly

I am not sure were to go from here in trying to determine where my problem lies. I am probably worse than a novice at this and need basic guidance on what to do to start narrowing down where the problem is. My initial thinking was the battery ran down and the ECU lost something.

Someone also told me to disconnect the neg battery post for a minute, however have not done anything yet. Ideas???

Well, charge the battery, change the plugs and the oil and then check back here.

I don't know what the "turbo warning light" means, but I doubt it is useful.

Just curious to gauge how much help your going to need... is this your first turbo car?

I would suggest calling the owner to see if he altered the base map that came with the car.
What octane gas do you have readily available in TN?

Just a start

I have had a turbo 7 before, however that doesn't really mean much. I am about as green as they come. 93 octane is readily available. Accoding to the owner the car ran fine when it went on the hauler and it magically didn't run right when it came off. Thanks for the answers so far
