What is the level of boost is consider safe for the 93oct and the 112oct for the 13B renesis?? Someones saids the dynos numbers on the forum is not true, because in many Japan shops tried to boost the 13B renesis and no one was hold more than 7psi, everytime is Bumb!!!!
Also the top tuner from JUN is saids same thing and he dont feel the confidence to make the tune with the HKS F CON V to my RX8, because in his concept the 13B renesis is not good for turbo applications.
Can someone tell me a sucessfull tuning the 13B renesis without blow the engine on the tuning, and how much boost was and how many rwhp gets??? Because on forum is a lot of dynos, but most of that is a long time of tuning and maybe blow many engine to get the sucessfull tuning, but nobody will tell that is blow the engine before.
Everything is ready, and right now is only waiting for tuning.

you can hold more than 7 psi, no problem.
the highest numbers we've seen on here are about 376@6000rpm IIRC at 12psi..with ignition problems...once those are fixed and it can pull to redline, you're looking at 400-420rwhp (just my guess anyway, but it's conservative). this was done on the test car built by mazsport, also the manufacturers of the interceptor-x

That said, I tend to go for concise, which can sometimes be unintelligble.

ghlisa it sounds like u got a pretty good list of parts for ur 8...............unfortunately from what ive been readin the 8 13B renesis rotary can handle 10-15 psi HOWEVER, due to the fact that not many have turbo'd, the ones that have, have found there ignition system to be a problem when there tryin to reach 300-350rwhp, so if ur lookin to break that upgrade ur ignition system along with the EMS...............look it up on here, theres a company i believe out of JAPAN that sells Plasma Direct Igntion coils, supposedly very good from what i hear, although i believe there around 700, upgrade those ur spark plugs n wires, then here comes 400-450 rwhp..............so let me know whats up..........
