Well as I promised I would here is the Dyno Chart this is actually only 8 PSI, we didnt push the car for one I wasn't able to monitor A/F Ratio we were running completely blind. Secondly Scott was not there with me at the dyno to run the car or tune while doing the runs. This is about where we were at on last big dyno run the jump from 8 >>>9 PSI was a big jump from under 300 to the 338 Mark.
AS yo can see in the graph we are still blowing spark.....still on stock ignition
But when Scott and I get a chance we will reconnect the aftermarket ignition and go back to the DYNO
Here it is

You know you where going to hear from me again BluMonstrRX8... Thanks for posting your Dyno, That's not bad numbers.... But ( I know here comes) It's not nowhere near 400whp...
Again not trying to be an ***, even though you might think I'am.... I just always like to see what I'am trading my Greddy for.... And as of right now there's not enough power increase for me to justify ... Again all the luck to you, And I hope to see more and better dyno numbers, maybe soon we will see the numbers near that 400whp Scot said can be accomplished with this turbo.... My 284whp at 10 psi ain't that bad....

Power!!
Hey Bluemnstr can you get us a final tuned version with RPM on the x axis. Brettus and mysql101 are creating an overlay of all the FI kit dyno charts to compare power bands and peaks.

It sounds to me like you are taking that 294rwhp number seriously.
That's at 8psi. This turbo won't run out of steam until 15psi+...and if it really is like a GT35R, it won't run out of steam until over 20psi.
This is only the beginning.

I don't think we should add the dyno of this kit to the graph till they've worked out the final tune.
On my graph you can see that the greddy has a really smooth powerband with no dips or peaks randomly - due in no small part to Scott's interceptor-x and tune. He's used this tune on several cars and keeps updating the map as he makes fixes and adjustments. So my point is that it takes time to get it right, and we want a fair comparison. Also adjustments are at the mercy of how busy the shop is, and the customer's schedule. If the car is 'good enough' for the time being, it might be a while before the customer brings it brought back for a second tune.

Many were asking for a dyno..Thats just for them..We all know the real dyno will come later cause this kit is capable for a lot more..I really cant wait though for mine to arrive in June...Best luck guys

well thats cool you got a dyno and im sure 290+HP to the wheels in an RX8 is fun as hell.
But for the time and energy and cost associated with this kit I'm just going to enjoy the hell outta my N/A RX8 for another year and then do a major upgrade in cars.

AdRoCK3217, Your right it is at only 8 psi... I'am at 10 psi... You say this turbo should be good til 20 psi, Maybe so ,I don't doubt you.... Do you or anyone know what the greddy turbo is good til.... I'am sure Scotts turbo he is using is better than my Greddy, But will it be 100whp more is what I'am asking. Because if it is then I'am very much interested in this kit, if not then maybe I will push and tune mine alittle more get the Interceptor-x or the Greddy ultimate and tune it from there...Thanks

The Greddy turbo was designed with the intent of never seeing higher than, probably 8psi. I would imagine, even with Scott's upgrade for the Greddy turbo, that it would be good to around 12-14psi.
Now, from what I just read, you seem to not understand something. PSI is not how you measure how much potential a turbo has. How many CFM a turbo can move is what determines how much potential/power it has or can make. The Greddy turbo, for instance, moves significantly less CFM than the T4 Hybrid used in the Mazsport kit, at the same PSI.
So not only are they making more power per PSI, but they can also run more, reliably. The Greddy turbo is plain and simple TOO SMALL for a rotary application looking for big power, nonetheless power until redline..

I have no doubt your right, I guess what I mean is, If blue is running 294 at 8 psi and I have 284 at 10 psi, there seems to be about a 2 or 3 psi difference for a very close whp between bluemonstr and mine... I know the greddy wil never put the same as scotts but I would never run my RX8 at 20psi neither Scotts or anyones... Anyone please correct me if I'am wrong but I would believe that most of us would not want to push more than 15psi on the Renesis, and if the only difference 40 or 50 more whp I would not feel its enough for me to justify paying that kind of money, since I already have a turbo... I know Scott builds a much better product than Greddy did and if I did not already have one I would buy Scotts Turbo. I know just by talking with him he really does care about the products he markets, there's no doubt Scott is second to none...

Guys the turbo kit is very capable of 400whp or 500hp arround the renesis isnt 100% capable for many miles...
But wth i want to push it too so i can then rebuild the motor with better parts, rotors and seals and some porting..That will be fantastic..So stop hitting the guy for the 300whp which imo is excellent without ignition amplifier and tuning...

this kit in my own opinon is not for BIG horsepower numbers, if you want the numbers shell the cash and get a 20b swap.. this is more about having 300+ horsepower reliable without the constant crap you deal with when you have the greddy kit.
I agree you can put down 290 hp in a greddy, but from my experience who cares, it still doesnt make it cool, when you stop at a red light and your car starts smoking because the kit was poorly designed.

This thread is becoming old...
I am waiting for my kit so we can see what turbo kit type 3+single exhaust+many mods++okada coils+hks twin pack+PORTING+REBUILDED WITH STRONGER INTERNAL PARTS FOR BIGGER BOOST RENESIS CAN DO ALL TOGETHER..I believe the 400whp will be reached...

The kit is available for purchase. Max dyno numbers aren't available because no matter what turbo kit someone has for sale, whether it be for the Rx-8 or 7, whether it be from Mazsport or some other vender, it is all about your supporting mods. For some reason no one seems to understand this. "Look at that, I am going to bolt on a kit and get 500rwhp" - Unfortunately it doesn't work like that. Look at BluMonstrRX8 for example. He is the only one so far that is pushing the system. The only reason he hasn't put down bigger numbers is because of his stock coils which I know will be upgraded before he dyno's again. Think about it, BluMonstrRX8 put down 294rwhp untuned! Tuned he got 338rwhp with the stock coils holding him back! I cant wait until he gets back on the dyno. Having seen his car in person, all I can say is
