Ottawa colleagues. I am new to this but have a gorgeous 2005 RX8 in Silver. I am searching for the name of a good mechanic who really knows how to service an RX8. The dealership is not giving good advice and really charging me an arm and a leg. Any suggestions? I live in the East end but would travel. Also, does the Ottawa chapter meet or share posts? I want to learn all about the rotary engine and become a devote RX8 fanatic! Thanks!

I have made the brake upgrade to stoptech and it is really a big improvement

I have updated air/fuel gauge to a autometer wideband it was a much upgrade due to how rich the motor burn

It's slightly louder than normal...it has a nice growl to it..but it's not bitchy. I didn't want it to sound annoying. I like it.

Hey, thanks for the msg. Yeah, I had the exhaust modified. I put Racing Beat on her. A subtle but nice change.

I've installed ram air style K&N typhoon intake. You can feel the increase in power and it also reflects on the air/fuel gauge. It give the R3 different tone also.

I have started intalling gauges. I 've desided to go with autometer and the air/fuel. I will keep you updated.

I've replaced all interior lights roof light, map lights, and door lights with LED.

I have done HID foglamps at 3000K for exterior visability and it just looks great.
