Submissions are due by September 14th, 2004 @ midnight PST.

The entries will be made available for viewing on September 16th, 2004.

Results will be announced on October 1, 2004.

Prize money will be sent by October 15, 2004 to the winner, via paypal, to the email provided at the time of submission, just in time for the holidays.

All photos entered will be evaluated by members of RotaryNews.com Staff, Dan Mazzella and Berny Herrera.

No photoshopping or other digital manipulation. this contest is about photography./

4. Photo attached as a jpg.
