Are you using the factory Bose speakers with an aftermarket head unit? If so, it's likely that the tweeters were wired in as the front speakers, as you would have to replace the front door speaker...

I don't hear anything unusual. Not sure what the ticking is, maybe injectors, but it's normal. Marbles in a can is heard inside the car at speed, coming approximately from behind the glovebox
