Getting in touch with a mod to reset the password. Have you checked your spam folder? Maybe it's in there? I think it comes as Karlsandi from CMZC or something like that.

It looks like your account has been deleted. Not sure if you deleted or not but I think you have to make a new one. Not sure if the mods can restore it. Waiting to hear back from them.

Hey guys...I'm going to be moving into the Colorado Springs area this spring for a work transfer. I've been house shopping via Pikes Peak Area Realty (http://www.ppar.com) and have had some decent luck. Anyone else have any useful realty sites for me to check out for the area?

Thanks for the offer but because my company is taking care of paying everyone they get to pick the realtor as far as I know. If that changes or I misunderstood it I'll shoot you a PM.

Movin' to the Springs
Hey, DBoi,
We moved out to the Springs back in Summer 2009, and we love it. I highly recommend looking into the Rockrimmon area of town, the northwest area of the Springs, just south of the Academy. Great area, and what we would describe as closer to "real Colorado living" -- mountains, hills, trees, rock spires, lots of open space, wildlife... older homes, but solid (ours was built in 1978). Essentially go west on Woodmen Rd from I-25, the interchange is one exit south of Acadmey Blvd.
Welcome to the Springs area! Good luck with the house hunt!

The swath that runs along the hills and ridge line north-south between Academy & Powers has some good neighborhoods and places. These are generally older neighborhoods, even some horse properties. The older properties tend to have larger lots and the homes are solid & have a little more character. Many, like ours, need some improvements, of course

I'm not really a fan of all the huge development that's taken place over the past ten years or so on the other side of Powers -- the east side. Some nice places, but the tract houses are just NOT for us. These are really popular with military (USAF) working at either Peterson AFB (only a couple miles away) or Schriever AFB (about 12 miles east).

Hey yo! Have you joined CMZC.NET yet? There are few members up in FoCo. Don't think any of them have an 8 but there is an FD a 3 a 6 and some speeds. My Aunt and Uncle own Palmer Flowers off of Horsetooth and College.

A German band plays and the noise, laughing and crying from the group almost drowns out the band. A free shuttle service will be offered by the Orleans to and from the location (tip extra). Again this year there will be Limo Service available from the Orleans to the Hoffbrau house and back again. We will have a short cruise to Red Rock and it will take less than 30 minutes to get there and there is a paved, 13 mile, one-way scenic drive (open from dawn to dusk), within the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area boundaries. There is a fee for using this road of less than $10.00 (should be $7.00 but you know the park service). Very Scenic, very twisty and a good place to say good by to Las Vegas. The end of the loop is within 5 miles of the express way in case you are leaving after the cruise

PARKING
Orleans is providing an area that will be watched very closely in the West Parking Garage. We will be parking in the area where the executives of the Hotel park. It is well patrolled and the cameras do work. Security is planning on having a foot patrol thru the parking area along with random vehicle patrols.
In the coming weeks we may post some additional information on the meet.
