I live off of Arapahoe...pretty much avoid it in the snow. Every light is red and people can't drive to save their lives!

Ick. Sorry to hear about that.

I had the pleasure of coming down I-70 from Winter Park last Sunday. Talk about stupid drivers. They leave the same distance between them and the car in front of them like it was clear and dry. I was in my Honda mini-van and a guy next to me in an accord started to loose control as soon as he hit his brakes, because he was of course following too close. Luckily I saw him and went off on the shoulder a bit to give him room to regain control before he almost side-swipped me. One instance were anti-lock brakes would have helped the accord a bunch.

I was pretty much a nervous reck when I got home. Don't want to drive in that mess any time soon.

if it was 1300+ dollars why wouldnt you call insurance and tell them what happened? no sense in you having to pay the price to save your own life and not to mention paying for his mistake in a way.

the guy took off. never saw him as i was turning the wrong way. As for insurance after the deductable and things they wont cover the tires that i need so they would only pay out around 400 dollars.. Not worth my insurance going up considering ive never had a claim !~
