Columbus here. Need to get more involved with other 8's in the area. I've seen 2 titaniums and 1 red one. Red was on 270 near W. Broad St. ! titanium was on 62 near Orders Rd. And the other titanium was in Hilliard on RH Rd. just north of Roberts.

If you do it on a saturday in the beginning of July I would love to go down there also, I'm from Akron so it would be no problem. Saw a red RX-8 just like mine going North on I-77 the other day. Figured it was probably someone who posts here. Seems like everyone does.

RX-8 store doesn't have a sales floor or anything like that. There're two computers up front for the guy(s) to order stuff and there is a shop in the back with room for about 5 cars inside plus the dyno. I'm not ******* the place but it's not a "store" like you probably think it is. They have pretty good prices, I think.

***RX8Store this Sat. 7/10/04 @1p*** - I'm having Tein-S installed as well as having the brake calipers painted. Come one come all. You'll have an opportunity to hear the MagnaFlow Exhaust and maybe Jason will let us dyno my car with the CZ Stage 1.1 - Look forward to seeing everyone there.

!! I would have loved to come but this is too short of notice! I'm just reading this as you're probably leaving the store. Need to plan something else a little further in advance next time. But thanks still for posting about it.
You didn't get any audio did ya?

Painting the calipers was very easy. If you have any questions or need any help, I live in Columbus and I would be happy to help. I bought the caliper paint at pep boys.

Just thought I'd toss out that I'm from the Cleveland area. Don't know if anyone has seen my thread on the work I'm doing, so thought I'd toss out a quick plug! https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-interior-audio-electronics-24/design-my-new-rx-8-a-32992/

The Tein S-Tech are working out really well thusfar. I had an alignment done yesterday at the dealership and they left both front wheels at -0.7 which they said was a more aggressive setup for turn-ins. They said that they would set it back to the OEM specs but it would then push a little bit more in the corners. The car is handling extremely well. The everday ride hasn't changed at all with the exception of the corners which can be taken at a much more aggressive rate of speed. The calipers were no big deal to paint. Its a drastic improvement not to see that bland greenish metal color behind the rim. I just detailed the car for the first time since the suspension work has been done and it looks great. The drop is exactly what I was looking for. The wheel gaps have always been something that I wanted to address and this was the perfect way to eliminate it. All in all I'm very pleased with the results.

Whats up Ranger4277, im pretty sure i saw you again. Are you the one running around with the MAZDASPEED front end? I think you were coming out of a little shopping center across from WSU. I pulled in, i had Black axis wheels. If so, that front end looks great man! Are you planning on doing anything else?

I jus thought I'd post that I'm in Columbus. I haven't done a whole lot with the car other than my iPod install. The cell phone install happens next month. Probably when I switch to winter tires I'll get the clear corners and paint the calipers.
And if you see some guy who's driving a Ti:Gray 8 but it's that good at a stick it could very well be me. At least for a little while longer.
