So, myself (James) and Altspace (Josh) will be staying in Northbrooke from Fri Nov 21st and leaving Sunday the 23rd. Was wondering whats good to do and or sight see... possible mini-meet with some of you... who knows? hit me back with some ideas.

Edit: Hey, Just thought of something...
After reading the last post by THM I remember going to an s2ki meet at Qdoba in schaumburg when i had my black Si. My black si that i sold because it never drove the same after ithad been in that accident.
I remember one of your guys came out in his silver RX8 with your logo on it. The guy was totally down to earth and I respected that. I was talking with him and he showed me his car, I thought it was awesome- I had to have it so I eventually bought the RX-8.
Sorry i'm not being super specific but i just can't remember his name. I suck at names.
Upgrading to the RX8 was definately the right move for me. I'll swing by sometime.

I have the same tires as Al. I did get them siped, so I think that helps a bit. I haven't had any trouble getting stuck. Sometimes the front end plows when you try to turn in the snow. I have to blip the throttle to get the car to turn. But that is because it is RWD. Didn't you say your friend has a Mazda6?

hey all i need some help. i have to move some of my stuff in the next 2 days to my new apt a few miles away. my room mates were going to get a truck on friday but decided to get it on sat so now i need to find a truck to move a bed, 2 desks, and a tv. i dont have alot of money right now but i can toss some your way or make you a home made pie or the best ribs you ever had. but anyways any help is very much appreciated

Hey Mark - yeah, he has a speed 6 (which comes with Potenzas similar to our OEM), so he does have AWD on his side (you met him at the Sycamore meet - he was parked next to me and Al) I'm just helping him with his tire decision, and right now it's between Pirellis, Kumhos, and Continentals. Thanks for your input, guys. Any other thoughts from anyone else are welcome.
