Go down to that? It is up, at Road America. Are you thinking of Rotary Revolution?

Did you have a replacement rental car while yours was in the shop, or did you have an extra car to use?

I have rental on my insurance policy. State Farm allows for $25/day. For that, Enterprise offered me a 4 door F Focus or a C Classic. Both are shitboxes, all tho the Focus is a little better. This was going to take some time, so I decided to take a step up and got a Mazda 6. I'm paying, out of pocket, about $3/day extra for this car. It's worth it.

Yes, the Foci and the Classics are pieces, and if you are only paying $3 out of pocket for the 6 you got a deal. I work for ERAC and those are a couple classes up from the Focus. You're right it is totally worth it. You were lucky they had a 6 there. We don't have too many of those.

The 8 is back in my driveway. It took a while, but the paint looks better than new.

I scared the hell out of myself last night... I left late from work last night coming to the city down Ogden. I was just through Cicero and these two guys in Mustangs were screwing around. We were all already going about 30mph and I dropped the clutch in second at about 8000 rpms and took off around them. As I was now going about 80mph I heard a siren. I think I s**t myslef right there. It turns out it was a fire truck a few blocks away. But as RSD might tell you, you tend to freak out a little w/ a few tickets under your belt.

Sounds good to me, but the appropiate place for this is in the Chicago Meets thread. Go to the first page and see if there are any conflict with your preposed meet. There dosn't appear to be any for Apr. 7th.
They let you smoke cigars there, cool.

Sorry for posting in the wrong place. I'll re-post over there. The Schaumburg Ram even sells cigars! Not sure about the other locations, but I smoke em all the time there.

April 8-9 is Road America, so anyone going to that may not be able to make a meet on the 7th. I also think Redmaz was working on a date in April for meeting up in the NW burbs.

Once you figure out when/where, just let me know: date, time, place, and address ... I'll post it up in the first thread!

You guys are all young. You can party till 1, then get up at 4 to drive to RA. I used to do it. Hell, I can still do it. I just don't get to the track as offen as I used to.

My friend got a ticket here in IL and got to take school ONLINE! Yep, her ticket should have been worse than mine, and she got a mere $120 fine and online school. Sometimes it's just smarter to speed in Illinois

BTW, as long as your talking about speeding tickets. Did you know that a new law, that started 1/1/06, only allows you to get 2 supervision judgements per year.
