hey,
Just wondering i got a 2004 rx8 in feb and am ready to do mods i got a K&N typhoon intake and my next thing was gonna be cobb tuner or exhaust thats "going to add 22hp" but dont know what to do first the exhaust is 1100 and as most of you know cobb is 695 any ideas on what to do first

Get the Cobb. From MazdaManiac. FTW.
No exhaust gives you ~5 hp so anyone who's claiming 22hp from an exhaust could also be offering to crack you over the head with a pool stick without you feeling an ounce of pain. And the latter is the more honest transaction.

Do you even have a turbo to take advantage of what the AP will give you? Either way you are going to gain around 5 - 10 hp from what I have read...probably closer to the 5 hp end. Save the cash and do some research.
