come see the RX-8 in Cincinnati
If any of you are in the Cincinnati area and want to see an RX-8 in person, Jake Sweeney Mazda by Tri County Mall has one on display right now through Saturday, 7/12/03. Any questions ask for Jeff at 513-782-2800.

JROB,
Just wanted to thank you for the post. Seems it was moved and there don't appear to be a large number of folks in our area on the site. After stopping by to see the car I am more excited than ever. Thanks for letting me climb around in it and for answering some of my questions. Can't wait 'til mine gets here next week. My phone pictures didn't turn out very well or I would have posted them. Although with the lack of Ohio representation on this site they probably wouldn't have stayed for long anyway. Are you planning on getting one? Maybe we need to sart something up to get some RX-8 owners together in the tri-state area?

JJFlash, you're very welcome, I'm glad you had a chance to check out the car and I could be of help. I hope you enjoy yours when you get it from Beavercreek. As for me, my wife wants me to get her one very badly. We're probably moving to NH sometime in the future though so I am leaning towards an AWD vehicle. But if I were to get an RX-8 for her we'd need an automatic, so if we do I'm waiting for the 250hp version to come out next year with SMG (or whatever Mazda is going to call it). Most of the ones we have coming in now are sold anyway, so I'd have to wait regardless. One day though I'm sure she'll get her way. Gotta keep the little lady happy...

JBart, make sure a dealer has your name and number so they can call you when a car gets in to drive. At our dealership every salesperson already has about 20-30 people waiting to make a decision about the car after they get to drive it. Once a drivable car comes in and all those people come out of the woodwork, any non-presold cars will get presold very quickly.
