I'm down for a Road America trip in the Spring. *Should* have an overhauled suspension by then, *should*.

To the suspension (all probability):
Whiteline Sways
JIC Strut Bars F&R
Auto Exe Chassis Brace
Coilovers - as yet to be determined - I'll be doing the top three first.

I'm also going to upgrade at some point to 255's, or 265's (if they fit), at all four corners to better accomodate the added power from an SC, but also keep the car neutral. I'm really liking the looks of the BBS LM's.

I have the a set of BBS's too, they really pop. What does that chassis brace look like?

I'll join you... I'm so overdue for some track time, especially living as close as we do to RA.

Off topic... I finally got Photoshop CS re-installed on my new PC tonight, and started screwing around with a logo for the group. I know this isn't anything that could be on a decal, but might work for a flyer/postcard/website/etc. I can tweak it, and make one that could be decal-worthy as well if there's any interest.

Let me know what y'all think...

i liek it! the only thing id suggest is making evolv all caps... mebbe you can size it down so we can put it in our sigs? that would be sweet!

I like that above...looks very cool with the sunset shading.

And definitely the more the better in the Spring! It should be really fun G8R, we can discuss things like, why Florida State choked against Clemson, or how much Gatornation is right now wishing for Spurrier.

Auto Exe Braces:
http://corksport.com/store/category/...sion_misc.html

The reason I've been looking at the chassis braces is because of the added power I'd like to add. Yeah, I know I'm not even talking about 400hp, but just the same, a little added rigidity with less than 15lbs. of total weight added can't be a bad thing.

Good idea... I'll make a wide version for our sig blocks tonight (and fix the caps in EVOLV).

Oh sure... just when I had almost forgotten how the state of South Carolina put a hurtin' on the state of Florida last weekend. Thanks for bringing back the depression... I need a drink!

Red Devil, you should get that stuff done so we can run together! It would be nice to have another 8 with comparable suspension mods.

You planning on the same mods this winter also? I liked your RB sways, so maybe I'll go with those instead of the whitelines. But I do like that the whitelines are adjustable.

I'm really going back and forth about what I want for coilovers. Sometimes I'm just thinking about the tein basics - kind of install 'em and forget em. Other times I think I should just spend the extra and go with adjustable coilovers. The only thing I'm concerned with keeping is the neutrality of the car, but I don't mind a touch of oversteer...I personally dislike understeer.

Almost forgot brakes. I already have SS lines, so just a good flush and new pads are all I think I'll do. I'm not to charged to swap out the OEM rotors at the moment.

Check out the Agency Power Sway's at Vivid racing. I have those, but won't install till spring. They are adjustable.

I think I'm going back to the OEM rotors in the front too, I was thinking about doing coilovers, but I want to make sure my job situation is stable before I drop that kind of money on em. I might just set my BBS's with my track tires, maybe a set of RT-615's!
