I play softball in Elmhurst on Thursday at 7pm. We will be at the bar, Mad Tapper (121 E North Avenue, Melrose Park IL) around 8:30pm if you are interested.

I just picked up my 8 last Wednesday, then I found rx8club.com on Thursday (because I suddenly became addicted to my car). So, please excuse my newbie question, but...

I am already registered for zoom zoom live, does rx8club set up a meeting place there somewhere?

first off: there are no newbie questions here -- it's pretty flame free (all the ribbing is in jest).

Yes, someone will probably post up their time slot that they are registered for and then the rest of the peeps will try to schedule around that time. I think last year we had 5-6 members there at one time and some of us got lucky enough to meet up with the big guy from MNAO

So, since you are the first one to post, what day/time did you sign up for?

Thanks for the warm welcome. We signed up for 10/7 at 11am. I can’t believe the BBQ is next weekend, and we’ll be in Michigan.

 

You should show up at a meet soon so we can all drool over the new color!!! I've never seen one in person yet, but am REALLY looking forward to it!

 

At least in this area. Venture out of here and you could get flammed if you don't use the "Search" button first. I read all I could for about a month before I got a login and an other month before I even posted.

I have signed up for Sat. 10/7 @ 8:15. We found last year that they didn't care what time (and maybe even day) you signed up for. They just let you in. I want to test the CX7. I may be trying to talk my wife into one of those.

 

Hopefully there will be another meet between now and October.
