Quick update (please copy and paste this block like flyboyindy suggested):

Flyboyindy- Frank- Velocity Red - Burger, Brats, & Case of Beer
Foxman- John - Velocity Red - Charcoal and buns
Gray Ghost - Alex - Titanium Gray
Vectorwolf- Jay - Winning Blue - Plates, cups and pasticware
Future RX8 - Marcelo (just me) - Titanium Gray - Cooler - ice - burgers - napkins - trash bags and digital camera

I think we also need:

Chips, cheese, tomatoes, ketchup, more drinks, more ice, more coolers, etc.

I agree with foxman, we need to know how many people are coming. I don't have a radio. I am going to bring my cell phone.

Ive got two big coolers... Alex's wife is going to follow us in their SUV with all the stuff!

John: can you bring lighter fluid too? They have grills there...

Jay: Can you bring ketchup, mustard, and cheese

Alex: You big slacker.... you are in charge of ice for all the coolers, and since your wife is driving thats all you have to bring.

Marcelo: Did you get the 8...or are you gonna be driving the 6?

I will bring a case of beer.. but if you guys think we need more, we can buy some at Meijer before the trip.

Lets plan on meeting there at 9:30 so we can all shoot the **** for a bit... and then buy anything else we forgot at the store.

Oh yeah, Lake Monroe is $4.00 per car... so make sure you have that ready....

Looks like we have a great day ahead!

I think I will be able to make it. I am just waiting to see if the girl is coming in town this weekend or not. Let me know if there is anything I need to bring.

No problem there with charcoal and fluid, what about reserving a shelter? Paynetown according to my fuzzy recollection is mostly a camping area, do we need to make sure we have a spot?

Looks like I will be a party of 4.

Flyboyindy- Frank- Velocity Red - Burger, Brats, & Case of Beer (?)
Foxman- John - Velocity Red (4)
Gray Ghost - Alex - Titanium Gray (3)
Vectorwolf- Jay - Winning Blue (?)
Future RX8 - Marcelo - Silver Mazda 6 or a kick *** 2004 RX-8 =) (?)
Calif12pc - Titanium Gray (2)?

Ya'll need to count up your people.

Well, unfortunately there are no more shelters available, however, there are lots of areas that we can "chill out" at Paynetown Park. Alex and I visited there today... Its kinda hard to get just 6 cars committed ya know?

Anyways, I will be going alone most likely... I think Marcelo said he was going alone also.

Jay, are you bringin your girl?

Ryan... let me know tonight if you are going so we can get you on the "pitch in list"... also let me know if you are bringin your girl.

If anyone has any extra portable chairs or lawn chairs...that would be great too!

What else are we missing?

Updated list. The number in parenthesis is the total number, including the driver

Flyboyindy- Frank (1) - Velocity Red - Burger, Brats, & Case of Beer
Foxman- John (2) - Velocity Red - Charcoal and buns
Gray Ghost - Alex (?) - Titanium Gray - (?)
Vectorwolf- Jay (2) - Winning Blue - Plates, cups, pasticware, ketchup, mustard and cheese
Future RX8 - Marcelo (1) - Titanium Gray - Cooler - ice - burgers - napkins - trash bags and digital camera
Calif12pc - Ryan (2?) - Titanium Gray

Frank, yes, I did get the 8 yesterday. I am very happy with it. Trying to learn as much as I can.

Note: don't forget some cash. We need $4 per car for Lake Monroe.

I believe this is left from the list: Chips, tomatoes, ketchup, more drinks, more ice, more coolers, etc

What do you mean too many titaniums?

We have 2 reds, 2 titaniums, 1 blue and the lucky Shinka...

We would have 3 titaniums if Ryan comes.

Can't wait...
