speaking of 8s sightings.

I spotted a white one on Thursday night at the end of a Friday's parking lot off radio drive in Woodbury. I think this was the same car I left a note on at a Joann Fabric's parking lot..

Poor new 8 owners in Minnesota, they get stalked by other obsessed 8 drivers.

I saw a snowflake pearl 8 on the 28th of October in Blaine at the gas station on 93rd Ave and Highway 65 wanted to stop but I had a guy that needed me to drop him back at his place of employment so he could go home.

Nice color.

I just got an 8 on Saturday, thought I would introduce myself here. I got through 2-3 pages of this thread then realized it went over 40 pages long! Guess I'll have to catch up some other time hehe.

I had a deposit on a speed 6, but finally gave up on it and now I'm the happy owner of an '05 red GT. :-) Not quite the family car I was originally going for, but it's a much welcome replacement to the prism I've been driving for the last 8 years.

Anyway, I live in Apple Valley- I've seen another red RX-8 lately on the commute in the AM up 77, wonder if it's any of you. Also, I just ordered snow tires from tirerack.com (Dunlop M3s, 215/55VR-17) and some rims (Kazera KZ-V)- got some great advice on those from the forums here.

Welcome

Good to hear another happy 8 owner.

I've had mine for over a year and still am just as excited about it as the day I drove it home.

So much a person can do to it if they want to customize.

Just about everyone is open for suggestion that is the beauty of the forum.

I commute to Eden Prairie a few times a week and haven't seen a red 8 yet other than at a dealer.

Yeah, yeah. I went through it too quickly and didn't pay attention to the size limits on the attachment.

I was surprised I made it to work in 8 minutes (Fridley). Drove the speed limit too.

Nice pics.

By the way I am getting the SR Motorsports cat next weekend if all goes well.

If we have a meet next weekend Papajoey79 said he would be there.
