Let us know when you get up here. Aero8 is working on the Evolv schedule of events for next year, and I think he will have a meet in January. Also, if you want to meet just post up in the meets thread. Usually you can get some people together.

Also, as far as getting work done on my car, I've had good luck with Steve at Naperville Mazda. He's the head mechanic there and has been working on rotaries for a long time.

ooo thanks for that info.. i purchased my car at Biggers mazda in elgin on chicago ST. right in front of the mitsubishi dealership that treated me liek crap (never going there ever again)

I hope on not having problems with my car in my couple months of stay! only thing worrying me are my coil.. i just removed the kmazsport ones to replace with BHR coils but the wait is so long and im running on my stock coils that have seen 45K miles on them.. i mean they are still ok i guess but it just worries me you know? hope BHr build it before my trip over there.

Dino. Although after reading some of the tech info on Racing Beat's website, I may switch to Royal Purple since I do track days. Basically they say that it runs cooler and that the only problems they've seen is when switching a high mileage rotary from mineral to synthetic.

I haven't had a problem starting mine (knock on wood). But I do park in an insulated (not heated) garage.

I am selling my winter wheels / tire combo. They're in great shape with two winters' use for about half of what I paid for them. See the post below and PM me if you're interested.
