New Race Track in Minnesota

Victory Motorsports Park is located in SW Minnesota, just off I90. Close to the SD. As I understand it, ground has been broken.
This will be a country club type facility, similar to Chicago's Autobahn. It is scheduled to be open for the 2008 season.
