if it doesnt have the metal flake thats an easy fix. lol. i just dont like having one thing on my car carbon fiber, if you had a CF lip or something i think it would flow, but just having those carbon fiber isnt gonna flow that well if you ask me

Well, now I got a P0661 code, which is something with the secondary solonoid valve... I hope this isn't a sign of the years to come.

That, and my air fans won't blow anymore. I drove 5 hours back from iowa today with no air at all. The fans just aren't blowing at all. Prolly a fuse or a relay or something. But hopefully we will get it fixed too.

Lemme know what you think of it. I've been thinking about replacing my AudioLink because it has developed some sort of electrical interference that I just cannot figure out.

Idk if that will help or not. It won't blow any air, hot or cold. It just plain won't blow. And that blows! Oh well. I take it in in the morning anyway. Hopefully the damage isn't too much.

Good luck with the car man!

that is what the solder joint fix is about if the connection on the back of the fan speed **** is bad then the resolder may be all it needs

I am pretty sure it is the motor now. While driving it to the dealer it was blowing juusst a little, but the fan was making a weird noise like I could hear every rotation of the fan blades. But it is at the dealer now, so I am just waiting on the phone call.

i dunno charlie i just dont like the idea of having only 1 carbon fiber item on my car. That could just be me, but i like everything to flow, i would only get them in carbon fiber if you had something else in carbon fiber to accent. for instance if you had a CF hood or CF rear accent then i would think it would look great, but just having that be the only part on the car thats carbon fiber would make it stand out i think.

He called me and said that he fixed the air, and said it was the blower motor.
But he also said they couldn't get a code off the car. I checked it myself and know it was on there, but he says they can't get one. Bull.
