When the hell are we doing an rx8 meet?

 

I'm finally getting my midpipe installed tommorow, so I would like to have a meet tommorow afternoon. That way we can bask in the gasoline/new midpipe smell, haha.
Not sure what all of your schedules are like though.

 

i will be in chicago leaving in 5 hours should prolly get to bed stupid aircraft structures problems, keeping me up all night on a friday ugh

 

Well, I spent the night in the ER last night with a dislocated shoulder. So be thankful all you had was homework. lmao

 

Well got my HID headlights in today too bad its so shitty out, also took off the midpipe since im taking my car in to get the reman monday.
So hopefully next weekend is nice and I can get my car back and ready by then.

 

yea, it was really shitty out today, getting to the auto shop sucked. I did get the midpipe on though, it sounds really nice, even though i couldn't take it much past 4k rpm without losing traction hehe. Feels like i went through a lot of fuel just on the drive back for some reason.

Mid pipes most of the time require a tune to run efficiently on fuel. FYI.
Been busy with work guys sorry. Um did my military physical hopefully I go back downtown Tuesday and get cleared to leave.

 

yea adam, its a shop that i work at so i know most of the people their. So like four of us threw the car up on the lift and knocked it out in like 10 mins hehe.

And thanks for letting me know about the mpg issue bignatex, i guess i can add that to the list of reasons why i should get a cobb.

Yep I should have waited. Would have taken it for 9, but it is red. I keep getting CEL errors and ABS light went on 2 months after I got it and Mazda would not honor the warranty that the used car dealer that I got the car from, due to previous owners engine swap not being done correctly.

 

Bummer bro. We will have to have one more meet with all the 8's before you sell it. So we can take some good pictures to remember her by. lol

naaa... the 8 is done let her rip... we dont want to see it with 16" rims and without the sub enclosure... It would be unfair to her memory :/ anyways it was a good run and like everyone else says I cant wait to see the g

 

ha ha thanks guys, yea ill bring the G out to the next meet, ill post a pic when i find the cord for my camera, but it looks pretty hillarious with the stock 16's.

Plans for the G are slowly coming together, i wish i had money so that i could do a couple things at once, but right now times are rough. lol we do need to get a meet goin soon though.

 

So since everyone seems to want to do a meet, how about we get something going for April 9th. If this works for everyone say something if not say something, after we find out if its a go or not we can decide on a location, but FOrest Park seems to work well.
