Damn, I go to lunch and when I get back you all are talking like a bunch of women! That's it, Jack Daniels and Busch for everyone!

Anyone interested in meeting up for this?

https://www.rx8club.com/mw-rx-8-forum-31/mazda-car-show-st-louis-january-27th-cash-prizes-106980/

Sounds like it could be fun AND a good opportunity to see some cool cars, show off our own, and talk to Steve Burkett who as you may or may not know is a great guy and just happens to road race an RX-8. I had him as my instructor at the track day last year and he definitely is a great person to know.

I figured I wouldn't enter, that way other people have a chance to win. I have quite the show car you know. The St Louis car show is also in town this weekend. Not sure if I want to do both.

I am leaning towards the St Louis Auto show. Let me know which one you guys are thinking about. Maybe we can meet for lunch or something before heading down.

Have I been the stranger here or what? I didn't even know the STL Auto Show was this weekend...and I had been thinking about going to what Bill posted a link for. I would be up for possibly meeting up with you guys. Let me know what all of you decide on.

Alright, I'll be the one to decide for everyone... STL Auto Show. Now you kids pick when to meet up for lunch. BTW, this invitation goes out to ALL people reading this forum and not just the several of us that tend to frequent this kind of meet-and-greet. We need to increase our group so we can have a busier summer of fresh mods and upgrade work!

If its saturday I might have to bring my lady. I'm not sure if I want her around you perverts. I'm sure it'll go over well when every one of Chico's story ends in "bangin" someone!

Yeah, the ladies will most likely have to be invited. I know mine would be all bitchy if I went without her.

Edit: By "bitchy" I mean, relatively unpleasant behavior due to my insensitivity.

Hey I may have to bring the lady as well. Or I will have someone bitchy to deal with. And by "bitchy I mean just plain old fashioned bitchy.

Ha. Remember at my place? I just remember Bill telling a story, and when it was over, you said "so did you bang her?", like you were confused by the fact that the story didn't end with him banging her. Maybe I'm losing it

Your mental state is intact. I recall the story and the "banging."

I'm sorry guys I thought every good story ends with that. Seems so natural I guess I forgot. I do remember the story and how empty I felt inside to learn that no bangin took place. I will be scar'd for a long long time. Waterlogged is going to have to make it up to me by telling me a story where he banged twice. OK seriously guys.......Where and what time are we meeting for lunch on Saturday?

My girlfriend will probably come along too. She has Saturday off. Sounds like the ladies won't be bored. Oh and Chico...as far as my girlfriend goes...yeah, I banged her. There, another happy ending, lol.

If a 4 cylinder is a "4 banger" what's a 2-rotor Renesis?

Really there are 3 chambers, somewhat equivalent to cylinders. Its a 3 banger, or maybe, a trifecta, if you will.

Which I guess is the equivalent to 6 cylinders - 3 chambers X 2 rotors.

Or, three STL RX-8 owners each bang twice in one outing to the auto show.

Maybe they'll have a CX-9 with heavily tinted windows that someone can crawl into....
