Sorry, but the girls in bikinis are going to have to wait. I have a dinner @ 5 so I don't think it would be worht it to come all the way out there. I wish I could make it.

Are the cops bad out there? It might be worth it just for some open road and an excuse to speed.

Modena,

Do you have the V1 with concealed display?

We are leaning that way, and trying to decide where to locate it if so.

Will you be at Gateway on Sunday? Would love to see your installs.

I ordered it form axilflow. I am probably going to throw it in later this week, I'm not sure.

Just want to send a quick "THANKS!" out to fisherdn... You saved my butt yesterday being Johnny on the Spot with the quart of oil. I was close to running across the street to the gas station and throwing in a quart of whatever they had (which I'm sure wasn't going to be 5w-20). That won't happen again, as I just got back from the store and picked up a case. After this weekend's oil change I should have enough to get me through the rest of race season.

The official results aren't out yet, but I believe I took out a few more STis yesterday. Also our boy chico managed to take a Subaru of another flavor. Terretsboy... not sure where you ended up. There's some tough competition in BS and it's going to be a bit harder without R-compound tires. If you decide to run street tires the rest of the season I might suggest joining us in STU. Your indexed results will be much higher.

I'm not in the running for class champion just yet, but I'm getting the car and myself figured out as the season progresses. Prior to this weekend's event I was tied for 3rd. I believe I beat the guy that I was tied with yesterday so I should be in 3rd by myself right now. Hopefully I'll be able to move up to 2nd by the end of the year. In order to take the 1st place honors I'd have to beat a Stage 2 STi pushing ~350hp driven by a pretty decent driver. Now if I can only find 100 more horsepower without going SC or Turbo!

Overall I'd say it was a successful day. Hell, even Modena managed to show up (as brief as his visit was)! :D

Anything to help an 8 (and the owner too). Thanks right back for the autox lessons. Next time you'll have to give me pointers on my driving hopefully.
