This would end up being October 9th. We could figure around noon or so?
Sounds good, at this time, I can make it...although I've missed every one of these so far.

The 7club guys are planning a get together for that same weekend, either the 8th or the 9th - date not yet decided. Also, I'm going to plan one for either the 22nd or 23rd, likely the 23rd. Just and FYI, I'll post more here when plans are worked out.

Us too!
Hi Steven....pssst it's me Cindy from SCCA
This is also my first time posting here as I just acquired an 04' 8 last Saturday. We live in O'Fallon but we can meet up just about anywhere. A drive through Il. to FE's would make a great maiden voyage.

Me and my other half went to Fast Eddies just for the heck of it on Sunday - we knew there'd be no other RX8's there, but we wanted to take a ride. Took the ferry across to Grafton from St. Chuck, and stopped for a beer at that boathouse place. It was a great day.
We got to Fast Eddies and sat at the bar for a few beers and lunch. Two "robust" women were a couple seats down. They were having a fine time talking to the good-looking bartender (and chain-drinking Smirnoff Ice's). First it was "You must work out" and one drink later "you've got a great butt" and from there, well, I can't print anything else that came out of their mouths, but they left no fantasy unspoken. Just picture two Roseanne's in heat. It was hilarious!

Sorry I didn't show man. But since no one replied after my most recent post, I took it as a no show and a bust by the group. Hopefully the next get together will actually turn into a get together.

Another great Route - did this on Sat - Wineries near St. Genevieve. There's three all off the same Hwy 55 exit. The ride on 55 is nothing too great, but once you get off, the next 16 miles are amazing. The wineries are called Chaumette, Crown, and another one...forgot the name. Here's directions to Chamette, and Crown is just one mile closer (you can't miss it.)
"From I-55 (about 50 miles south of St. Louis), exit at highway 32 (Exit 150), go West 100 feet to Highway B, then go South for 14 miles to Coffman. Veer left onto Highway WW and go 2.6 miles to the Chaumette entrance. Turn right and the Tasting Room is located at the top of the hill."
We only tasted wine at Chaumette and...this is just a matter of opinion...it sucked.

My life has gotten super crazy these past couple of months. I have no idea when I'd be available but I'd love to at least hang for a beer or something. If you all set something up I will try my best to get there. I might even clean my car! It's been nearly a month since I put several layers of Zaino on her and I can't even see it because I haven't seen much daylight lately, let alone clean the car.
