Warning! Bad Mazda Evanston

Hey there every body I have had the worst experiance with my ex-dealer, to make long story short here are some examples what they did to my car after a year:

-Scratches on body
-Interior very dirty
-Radio stations changed and radio blasted
-Made 1.5 weeks ahead of schedual never got to get serviecd when got there
-I always called the same day that I am coming in and they said sure when I got
there it was just a waste of my mileage, time and fuel
-Never called me to inform me not to come in
-No care of my time, fuel, and worthless miles put on the car
-And the biggest Evanston Mazda damaged my right rear wheel and refuse to replace the wheel (They have put multiple guages in the middle of the spoke and they made me pay half to paint the spoke. Results came out bad, Yes I know I shouldn't of paid I am young I didn't know what to do they took advantage of me and I am still in process of solving this case)

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Adam - that sucks. I'd call MNAO about the wheel. The only Evanston Mazda dealer I know of is Autobarn. Is that the one or is it actually called Evanston Mazda?

I bought mine from Biggers. Had a few minor issues with getting the car but the GM stepped in and was very attentive. Community Mazda in Oak Forest seems to try hard to please but they can never seem to get things done when they say they will. So I'm going to try a few other places.

After all the post about how bad Schaumburg is. Why even bother going there. Try the Autobarn in Countryside. See Dominick. PM me for the phone number.

Not sure! That would be a good question to ask at the meet next weekend.

Sorry to hear about your bad experiences! But...

How about Roto Mazda in Arlington Heights? They seem pretty decent and are certainly alil closer than going down to Countryside
