what are hoodshocks?

 

Shocks that raise and hold up you hood, instead of using the hoodprop.

 

My B-inlaw used to live on 63rd and Knox. Where can one find these hood shocks?

I live in buffalo grove as well... sumtimes i dun get reconized by you guys cause the MS kit really makes it look dif.

I've seen many women in rx-8's around here... one time i pulled up next to a girl in a black and waved and she gave me the cold shoulder!!!

other than that, i saw a red 3rd gen. rx-7 on Port Clinton by the high school on monday i think....

If anyone in the area is up for a meet, im down... Im really dissapointed i've never seen any 8s at the track! im goin up to GLD this fri if all goes to plan.

I think i'm working til 4pm on the 16th so any daytime meets are not good for me.

 

You guys should come up to borders by woodfield on thursdays...starts at 7-7:30. Tonight there was a nice black 7 and a mazdaspeed miata.

Where's Gameworks? I was talking with G8rboy the other day about getting into the Chicago rotary scene, but have been lazy as of this point.

 

It's in the Streets of Woodfield shopping area, behind the Woodfield mall in Schaumburg. I'm going to try to get out there... might be a little later than 2pm though (can't miss the Gator game

 

any-1 else gunna meet up w/ the 7's? i really dont wana be the only 8... i've met 5 people w/ 8's and 4 of em were chicks who thought they were in a "britt spears car". well one of em' was hott she deserved it, i got to know her back seat better ( didnt wana dirty mine up )... THAT CENTER CONSOLE CAN REALLY SUCK IN THE BACK!

Gameworks will have the game on g8rboy... they have that nice bar in there. I really hope to see some of you there
