Well, got my towns mixed up. Waukesha is more like 3.5 hours. Stlll may do the drive if weather holds. Think I have seen silver. I have 29y titaniunum color.

I am in Waukesha and looking to assemble RX8 drivers in and around Waukesha next Spring/Summer for a gathering. Let me know if you are interested!

New to this forum - Would like to introduce myself and my new toy. :-)

My name is Erik, as is "hidden" in my screenname here. From Waukesha, and have been running into other RX8 drivers here in the area, completely by chance. Its been fun talking with you, maybe some of you are on here, and I look forward to meeting the rest of you!

A couple photos of my 2007 RX8 GT. Completely stock, except for my Enkei FD-05 summer wheels. I use the stock Mazda rims in the winter.

Hey you guys I just moved back to waukesha from Virginia and his seeing what's up.

I have an 04 rx8 with bolt ons. And this is the first time this car has felt the cold and see the snow. I think she likes the fact that it doesn't have to work as hard to have fun in the snow

But anyways just seeing if there are any meets once it gets warmer. Also looking for new 8 friends!

I posted a photo of my 8 here. It doesnt seem to match the photo you posted. Mine is completely stock. I agree, that Evo wing on that car is fugly. And no, I dont work at a gas station... lol

Just letting you know, that is my 8. I don't really care if you like it or not. I like it and others like it too. Honestly I'm going to get rid of it when I get a carbon fiber trunk. And yes I do work at clark. I just moved back here from doing 4 years in the air force fixing f22s. So a gas station job is somewhat relaxing lol.

I respect and commend your service. I work right down the street from you man haha. My girl drove past and told me to check it out so I was trollin around the station lol.
Now that there is more locals on the site, we will all have to chip in for a compression tester!
But yeah, I'm not trying to say your 8 sucks or anything. With the right kit on it and stanced it'd probably look better but I'm not a fan.

Here's a pic of my 8 so keep an eye out this spring. For now I'm DDing a beater truck. I just gotta get my obx header ceramic-coated and rear coilovers put on (going lower than in the second pic) and I'll be rockin her soon. Can't wait for spring!!

Side note: last week I saw a beat-up Galaxy Grey rx8 at petsmart in brookfield - thing cranked like a **** before it turned over...ahh I remember those days. I don't think it was either of you guys, cause his rear exhaust shroud was about to eat ****! It was that nice day we had but it rained all day and night. I actually took my rx8 out of storage that day, thinking about trading but I decided not to and couldn't fight the temptation to drive it!


(P.S. Still got the BHR clone ignition kit if anyone is looking, PM me)

 

I can agree it would look 100x better with a kit, they are justvso Damned expensive just for looks and not performance gain. I got the wing free so I couldn't complain, and it actually adds nice downforce. But yeah I plan on making it look good after I'm done with the performance. Last main things are to finish my exhaust, and lower it. I would like to turbo it, but **** that. Way too much money. NA for life. Or until I win the lotery! Lol.

But yeah man I work w-sun 5am-4pm. Stop in anytime and say hello lol.

Mine usually starts within a second or so, but sometimes can take a couple when run hard. Perhaps it was me! She's a little rough around the edges, wouldn't exactly call it beaten up though ;-)
