***Wayne Mazda in NJ***

I know that normally this belongs in the good guy section for dealers but I had to just give them huge props today.....I went there because i am nearing the end of my bumper to bumper and wanted to get a few things taken care of....my driver seat and steering wheel are showing excessive wear on the leather so they are getting it replaced with new pieces and my seat slider and e-brake handle needed to be replaced because the plastic broke on them

They took me in with no appointment and i was in and out in a relatively fast time for them....Paul the service manager greeted me outside and told me he thought my car was gorgeous....I was handled with the utmost respect and I really did appreciate it....they also know how to treat modded cars with respect over there

The whole reason why I felt i had to put this post up was because as of late I have been reading numberous threads on how people are getting screwed left and right by dealers and i wanted to let our people know that they can go there worry free....

I hate you Chris lol.
I think its just the Managers that are nice. The Service Reps I deal with are ********. Maybe come the Spring/Summer I'll come visit/harass you and we'll visit this awsome dealer of yours for a oil change haha.

Lucky all we have here in MA are ******* dealers none have been great and those who where once great now suck.

body kit yes but lift no if your car is dropped....unless you need serious work i wouldnt go there....they couldnt do my oil change because they were fearful of doing any damage to the car so they had enough respect to ask me and i said it was no problem......but if worse came to worse i would remove my side skirts for anything big.......i am getting parts put on that dont require the car to get lifted.....so im good

chris weird they are the only dealer that worked on my car with autobahn sides and sand bags in the rear which dropped the car to the floor. every other dealer KICked me out..but they took care of me cause kenny wasnt about to take them off.
im sure i told you guys the deal.
anyway
wayne mazda is a great dealer, they make you feel like you just bought the car from them even after my 8 being 4 years old.plus I kind of enjoy the roar of my Greddy in there Bay.I will be going in 2 saturdays when I get back in the States for stupid airbag and CEL light than turns itself off.
p.s all my recalls done there in under 3hrs

keep in mind my leather is really worn out....the red has turned pink and is nearly white in some spots.....it is also worn to the point where it looks like its about to completely tear......so i think there is a decent case of warantee there and its far from normal.....i cant complain though because they are doing the right thing for the customer

Mine is Parchment so Im not sure if I can even get them to replace them ... there is no discoloring cuz its already pretty *white* in the first place. hmm ...

there are cracks on the leather tho ... not sure if I can classify that as *wear*
