Clavius, set up a thread on the Ma/CT caravan to Rotor Jam. I sent an email out to the whole crew last night asking someone to organize a caravan asince I can't do it as I have to be down there so early. You can be the point man on this. Set up the route for them all to follow. Are you going down 91 or 95 the whole way?

Jason, get that price in writing faxed over to you and have it signed by the manager/owner. Having a faint flash back to last year, so yeah.. papers man get them papers lol.

$10 is still cool with me though so no worries, though if one of the cash getters tries to pull a $20 charge on me my trunk is gonna be full with some bodies.

Hey your MS ova my Kenstyle haha.. I dont wanna wait another 4-5 months for a new front bumber hehe.

Ok so its definatly $10 to get in, and Chris as of right now is unsure on price's to show your car. I'm gonna assume that collection of the "show fee" will be done before hand or while inside? No offence but I'd rather see the "show fee" be given directly to Chris or Jason to ensure no confusion at the gate (like last year, god the nightmares... the nightmares!!! lol).

Hey Greenblur have you talked to Astral yet about this?

the show fee will be collected by me....im still trying to button it up on how much because we are in the process of getting trophies and due to recession and hard time sponsors are having some hesitation on opening thier pockets......initially everything will be coming out of the rotorjams founders pockets

yeah we are def trying to get some sponsors to help cover the costs of Trophies, Signs, Banners, printing services, table/chair rentals, tents etc.

Chris will handle the selling/collection for the car show. More info will be posted soon.

I had issues with my server last night we LOST power for the entire night in CT =(
