Doing a bit of prep work on my VR over the WE for the event quickly coming up, here's a snap I took in the heat of the day, around 95 degrees! Boy it's hot!

3 weeks and counting. If folks around the Manchester and surrounding towns wanna meet up and head over together, I propose meeting at my house for 7:30am to leave by 8:am and that should get us there around 8:30-8:45am to find a place to park together.

Last two years Jeff has kindly saved us a nice cool spot under some trees on the grass front and center, but it's always good to get there early. There were 6 of us last year, nice if we had more this year. maybe we could start a tally here somewhere.

Bring a cooler, cold (non-alki) drinks and some snacks, folding chairs are nice... something like a day at the beach lol... 'cept you're looking at cars not waves all day....

ps. Anyone coming to the BMW Stratham event? See you there if you are at 11:30 sharp!

Been trying to wax her all week but yeah.. 100degree weather aint happening. Going to attempt this weekend with my new buffer I bought. Hoping this will help nix my lil swirls I have.

I live in the South Boston area btw and already asked several friends to goto this event even posting bulletins on myspace to spread the word. Hey for a good Charity like Make A Wish why not yanno?

I just bought the MS sides and rear aero flares from people on this board, but I don't know if I'll have them on because I think it might look weird without the front air dam which I have yet to purchase. The G2 caliper paint is on the way so I will probably have my calipers painted red though.

Well hopefully by the show I'll have my visor fixed (for some reason my service dept ignores me when I bring it in for a problem and mention its broken wtf?! lol) and possibly my headlights replaced (see possible film on the inside ) oh and I recently bought some Eyelids from Evo-R so if I atleast get my paint swirls out partially I'll atleast be a good looking bastard child.

Again I live in the South Boston area (see Dedham, Briantree, Foxboro) so if anyone wants to meet up around there and drive up I'm game and I definatly dont mind driving a bit further north (going up that way anyways right! lol).

Spent 3 hours washing and waxing the car today and oi I'm drained!! gonna take pictures tomorrow after I dust her off.. by the time I finished it was dusk so I can't really tell if the job I did was able to get any swirls or scratches out from my paint. But thankfully my interior is still clean as hell and no problems!!

Isnt' t this thing three weeks away? Your ride will be so shiny by event day that it'll cause the spectators to have eye strain.

Hehe.. thats my plan wash and wax this baby and make it so shiny people wont realize nothing is really done to her and the fact its a A/T hahaha.. that and before yesterday I didnt really wash or wax her in well over a month. I still wish to find the previous owner and bitch slap him for all the crap he didnt do!

I would definitly love to attend. I will be in Nashua that weekend visiting my girlfriend. So my10ae I could meet you guys in the morning. Again just to make sure all I have to do to sign up is to have a donation of $10 that day. There is no pre registration? Spin the front lip looks great, glad you like it. I'll look foward to seeing you again, and meeting some new faces.

Alright its about two weeks away. Was thinking of trying to organize a lil caravan of 8's into this thing. I'm from the South Shore so people from around there I'm game. Also I wouldnt mind meeting some people more torwards the actual show and all of us driving in together. Now to find myself a small cooler and a chair.

ok, I'm coming from western mass. Going down I-90 and shooting north just outside of boston. Anyone else going that way?

And it's 2 weeks away, so if your car is a daily driver, whats the point of washing it now, it'll definitely need it again before then...

Guys like me and HolyCross will most likely be heading up 95N. Been awhile since I've driven around that local so if we where to meet I'd have no idea where lol.

I'd be game to meet at My10ae's place though I think your place is beyond the actual local just means we have to drive faster hehe.

I just hope my headlights get replaced tomorrow and my Evo-R eyelids show up before the show!
