After AutoX BBQ - Frederick, MD Sept. 15th

I just don't see what he could be trying to get? He's not asking for any money, so I'll be damned if I'd bring any... Unless the want my 94 honda wagon, cause I'll be damned if 4 bumpers would fit in the 8. Let alone one. I'm just confused on this one..

I'd throw them in my trailer and roll! But I doubt it's legit, do you know anyone in the area, I have done friends on Long Island but I doubt any would drive down to check for you only one of them even has a car :P

wish I did. I just jb kwikwelded everything together on mine. Atleast for now. Gonna add some zipties tomorrow just for added security. The bumpers trash anyway, might as well make it work.

Jeez, I'm starting to think our cars are getting to be old enough to sort of always have a problem or two. I guess it's no different than my 240SX buddies were in the mid 2000s when their cars were getting to be about 10 years old too.
Like I said though John, if you can limp there, you can codrive my car if you like.
Attention folks who haven't signed up yet, if any:
Registration for the autox is now open to all drivers, including nonmembers, there doesn't appear to be a mad rush to get in there though, there are still only about 10 signed up altogether.

As for getting old, that they are, and it only gets worse. My Dad is an avid classic car collector and he has around 9 (last I counted) that have been restored. Usually 2 or 3 of them are working at any given time...
I love my car but I'm not sure how much longer I can justify it as a DD...

Zoom-Zoom BOOM!
On a more serious note, I am about as excited about this get-together as a small child is on Christmas Eve. Bring on the hang-out time!

Ok... so a slight hiccup has come up...
The area behind my apartment where everyone parks and where I was planning to have everyone park may be an issue. I found a note on my car saying the are going to start construction on the townhouses again and that they will tow anyone parked there on the 10th...
It might not be an issue as I doubt they will be working or paying attention on Sunday, and we will all be within view of the cars so I don't think it would be a problem but wanted everyone to be aware. Alternatively there will be free street parking Sunday, but with 15+ cars some people won't be able to park directly infront and we may have to spread out over a few blocks.
What do you guys think?

Could we potentially grill and everything in Baker Park? I know those diagonal spaces off of 2nd street are usually freed up.
Also, add another Ti Gray to the list, one of my buddies, who is on the forum but not active, said that he is coming for the BBQ.

Hey guys I just thought I'd post this for any of you sitting on the fence about autocrossing or not, this is a sample of what you'll be doing, this is at Harry Grove, so the same venue and everything:
