Well if you need help or something Jon give me a ring. I can always head over to my rents and snag the pick-up truck. I work Sun - Wed...but other than that Im free to help out.

Jon: Let me check with pops about perhaps storing some of your large stuff at our Massillon Shop... Its where I keep my motorcycle... Its not "as" dirty as the southway shop, putting a sheet on the stuff should protect it and it is heated. I don't think it would be a huge issue depending on how long you would need to store it.
Give me a call if you'd be interested in this. I know this doesn't solve your housing situation, but it gives you an option for storage.

Ain't that a fact!
Only issue with storage is all the bulky stuff I have.
Factor in the cost of storage (10'x20' probably) in addition to an apartment cost, I might as well buy a house.
Unfortunately, I'm so unprepared for this and buying a home would take too much time.
This is why I'm looking for house rentals.

Whomever did Steve's last oil change over filled. This caused oil to come out the overflow hose and go back into the intake. This gummed up pretty much everything from the throttle body back. The SSV was covered in gummy oil and would not open. Jon and Steve were able to get it cleaned up and now it moves. We did the ZoomZoom cleaner and made smoke. Twuz fun.

Well, thanks guys for all coming down anyway.
Jon - I'd still be trying to figure out the throttle body without your help.
Car is still running well... cold started and ran on my way home from family christmas. Running some nice premium through and probably going to invest in a catch can in the next day or two...
What I learned: check intake more... proper tools are the key to getting the job done... hand tighten all screws by hand before using sockets... a rotary engine can spin so fast and create a black hole which bolts may fall into. (needle nosed pliers are immune)
What I'm going to do: buy an oil catch can... go have Park mazda wooster appraise my car... test drive a 2008 rx8 and try to steal a screw... then test drive another speed 3 and try to steal the mazdaspeed cap.
Then poop in the middle of the show room and leave.
Doc- Plenty of zoom cleaner left if you want to make your own smoke screen.
Also... i got a new set of craftsman sockets for xmas.... so now I can mess up future projects with my own tools.
Lastly - grounding kit for sale. PM me for price.

There is a different ventilation system with the '06 models and a one-way valve where the system vents into the intake.
A TSB was issued for older models which replaces the oil filler assembly and the breather hose:

What is interesting is that they have the hose at the top of the oil filler neck routed to the maintenance ports on the intake manifold.
