It was great to meet you guys.
Here are a couple of photos that I snapped. The quality is bad, cuz it was dark and rainy, but oh well...

The guy with the black RX8 that was parked across the street just PMd me. I told him to come next time and sorry we missed the hook up.
Nice pics Jonnyspeed. We'll do better next time.

Yeah, it was ShinkaRex.
Hopefully, he can make it next time.
He seemed glad we left the note. He didn't mention that it was written in crayon though......

Well its good your bringing your kids then I always get a kick outta passing mini-vans on the highway and seeing the kids faces in the windows staring at the car as I go by. I always hope they are staring at the 8 in particular and not just every car that goes by.
Btw i hope you don't let them eat the ice cream in the car haha!

WOOHOO! My AFE Short Shifter arrived today. If anyone in the area is looking at maybe buying one I should have mine installed later this week if you want to see what it is like. Like I said above...I will be in North Ridgeville on Sunday next week in case a west sider wants to get a feel for it. Just let me know in advance so I can make sure it is installed by then.

Its not at the top of my list right now, so I'll check it out when we have our next meet.
I'm currently troubleshooting recent misfires, so my money is going towards installing new ignition coils from Mazsport and probably ditch my AEM CAI for the Racing Beat Revi.

The stock air box was designed very well. The VFAD was designed to keep the sound down.

I'll probably see you in Eastlake on Sunday, Mark. You can show me how it's done.

I was thinking $100... how does that sound?
Filter was just cleaned a couple weeks ago, which is nice because its a dry-flow, so you don't use oil, only an $8 solution bottle that can be picked up at Summit Racing.

Never really research what people charge/pay for used intakes.

2) nope... pretty simple. you'll have to remove the front bumper. A couple beers might pay for my services
3) June or July... I'll probably contact Scott at Mazsport by the end of the week to add this to my order.

I have a lot of things I want to do on my car, and these days beer is cheaper than gas, give me a call...........
Seriously though. I need to remove a custom intake and replace it with stock (can't use the custom intake in autocross stock class). Could you maybe give me a hand? Ought to be worth at least a Guiness.............
Tony runs a different class. He can use it.
