I think you should order the AP pipe also because its a good deal to buy them together and then I bet you can sell it for a profit on the forums.
The first step for me is get back under the car and see if I can fix the one I have.
Welcome back Doc.
Also, I'm going to try to get the clutches tomorrow afterwork because Jon activated full coverage without a clutch pedal. sillyness.
We sat down last night and talked about the where the stress will be on pedal, and the pros and cons of welding...
I explained to Jon that putting too much weld can put too much heat into the part and cause it to become much more brittle and be prone to cracking/shattering. We came up with a good plan though.
Banned - Got your VM. You'll need to get me your pedal before tomorrow night if you'd like it welded.

Yea...going rate for it is like $100 because all of the reviews say it is really loud and people turn around and sell them. But for people like Brian who are building race ready cars it wouldn't matter as he could do the install before he left. Speaking of which...maybe I will see if Ted wants it. I know you just really hate yours so it might not be too bad for you considering you did come from the Ricer scene. And the newbz...well...who knows how crazy they will get. :P

Doc,
Since I have the BHR coils installed, you can have the AutoEXE plug wires whenever you're ready to do your spark plugs.

So I finally got the kill swtich installed.
Now I have to spend time making the DIY for it.
Here is a teaser pic showing where its installed:
Its difficult to see from our usual visual angles such as standing outside the car door or sitting in the vehicle.
This can also be switched without looking too obvious if others are in the car with you.

"Joyriding Law & Legal Definition
Related to Joyriding
Joyriding is a criminal theft offense involving taking a car without an owner's permission and using it with the intent of returning it. It differs from auto theft, where one takes property intending to keep it for his or her own use, either permanently or temporarily. With joyriding, the accused had the intention of using or driving the vehicle, but not keeping it."
If you want, i'll bump draft you on my way to Berea from Canton on Wednesday when I drive to class. Better MPG.
Cleveland is a bit far of haul for me.... might want to ask doc about his spirited driving.

That's one of my favorite movies. It was on TV one night. I turned it on for my kids, and of course, the scene we came in at was the bean eating scene. There's nothing like a couple 10 and 11 year old boys and a fart scene!!!!!

Blazing Saddles is definitely a classic.
that was one of the first things my wife said to her mom when we first met, "What a nice guy."
At the time, i'd never seen Blazing Saddles, so i was sort of at a loss as they laughed at my expense. Then i saw the movie a day or two later and... ya, rather embarassing when your wife (then new girlfriend at the time) and her mom are talking about me like that.
Sorry couldnt get back to you steve. The whole washer episode was a disaster that went from bad to worse. But on the bright side, i have a very clean area in the basement! (for those out of the loop, my clothes washer died mid-cycle saturday morning...)
Sunday i had other things going on and simply couldn't break away to get down to you.
As for breaking the car out... no... as much as i want to as well, i'll wait until we get a couple of good rains in the spring to wash out the road salt. I've got a nice, shiney black-cherry beauty in the garage who is quite content to remain hibernating. I did get the brakes to release though. had to put the battery back in and start the car up to get it to budge. *BANG!* I think it was because i parked it with wet pads. they even left outlines on the rotors.
Anywho, glad you had a great time and are back safe doc.
Nice kill switch Job! Great placement! Now, go get a vacumm! lol
